Hello there! It’s me…Sherry!

By day, I am a registered dietitian. By night, I am the owner, designer, printmaker here at Sherry’s Palette. Over the past 10+ years, I have taught myself graphic design and digital arts working on custom projects in the evenings. I fell in love with the art of letterpress printing years ago, when I started printing a few invitations and greeting cards, slowly turning this hobby into a little business. In early 2020, I adopted “Gertrude,” my 1906 Chandler & Price letterpress where I now individually print the majority of my cards out of my garage.

Here at Sherry’s Palette, we celebrate all things food, from seasonal ingredients to that one Chinese dish that brings you back to your childhood to simply tasty treats (treat yourself!). We are here to embrace Asian American culture with art that highlights the traditions and unique foods of our heritage and a good sprinkling of Chinese American verbiage throughout. We hope that our cards and printed goodies not only serve as a tangible place to hold your thoughts, but also encourage you to start conversations about all the wonderful things of our culture. We hope to tease your senses and palate with this beautifully inked palette that each card is printed with.
