Shipping

Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing before shipping. Shipping typically takes 2-5 days via USPS. 

Refunds 

Please notify us by email within 48 hours upon receipt if your items arrive damaged. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to provide you with a refund or replacement product. 

Printing

Letterpress is an old printing technique where each piece of paper is hand-fed into an antique Chandler & Price printing press. Therefore, there may be slight variations in color, impression and positioning. 

Custom Work

We are happy to chat with you about custom work for you. We currently take a limited number of projects based on your design and printing needs. You can look through some past work here. 

Eco-conscious

This is an area we strive to improve upon as we learn about what is best for our earth. Papers used for cards and prints are typically cotton-based, from a renewable source, and FSC-certified when possible. Packaging includes compostable clear sleeves, which can be composted at a high heat treatment facility (i.e. not in your backyard).  If there are any plastic packaging that arrives in your mail, know that it is likely plastic that is recycled from prior uses.
